Is it true that the percentage of compensation is not applied to workmen’s compensation insurance?

Yes, it is. The workmen’s compensation insurer pays out compensation for injury/damage incurred by the beneficiary without any specific restrictions. What the insurer pays above the percentage of compensation, it will recover from the Workmen’s Compensation Fund (FAT/FAO).
